Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Poznań seeks a Data Analyst to strengthen the Business Assurance team by turning data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, improve data processes, and support risk and compliance initiatives across the organisation.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, internal audit, data analytics or risk management, with proficiency in SQL, PowerQuery, DAX and Power BI/SAC, Snowflake or SAP. A Master’s degree in a related field and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, internal audit, data analytics, compliance, finance or risk management.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerQuery, DAX; experience with Power BI/SAC, Snowflake, or SAP preferred.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Economics, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytical capabilities by building robust data collection, analysis, dashboards and reports.
• Develop and implement data analysis strategy; evaluate tools to automate tasks and support compliance.
• Support audits, site visits and investigations with pre-audit data analysis and action plans.
