Job summary

UPM in Wroclaw is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the EMEIA Customer Service Team for UPM Pulp. The role is based in UPM Business Hub Wroclaw, Poland, with a hybrid work model.

You will support daily customer interactions, manage orders and invoicing, and collaborate across internal functions to ensure accurate information and timely delivery. Fluent English, 3+ years in customer service, and SAP/Salesforce knowledge are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or similar tasks.
• Ability to establish good relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners.
• Order management knowledge, preferably MEIA/MEA markets.
• Understanding of international trade and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily collaboration and communication with customers.
• Handle customer contracts, orders and invoicing.
• Handle customer inquiries, claims and supplier questionnaires.
• Monitor customer stocks (incl. consignment stocks), support forecast process, sample and trial handling.
• Assist Sales in inquiry handling and support Sales with market, product and customer information.
• Initiate and control customer master data creation and quality.
• Support full transparency of customer requirements across internal interfaces.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working.
