Job summary

Aon is seeking a Global System Administrator – Claims Client Experience to help configure and support a global client-facing claims portal. The role combines system administration with onboarding, security, and data access management, ensuring a smooth digital experience for internal teams and client users across locations.

This hybrid position offers virtual work with the option to work from the Chicago office or another Aon location, within the local smart working policy, and provides exposure

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in system administration, onboarding/implementation support, client support or operations coordination.
• Strong experience with user administration and role-based access management (RBAC).
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills for a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools including Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience in insurance, claims, risk management or professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete client onboarding requests for client-facing claim sites within agreed SLA timelines.
• Configure and maintain client environments, entities, user groups and RBAC to ensure accurate access and data visibility.
• Set up digital claim reporting workflows, upload key documentation and validate integrations and data feeds with technical and claims teams.
• Manage user access requests, troubleshoot login and permission issues, and apply security and privacy controls in line with Aon standards.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and configuration documentation, monitor usage and tickets, and contribute to process and platform improvements.
