Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Data Analyst in our Fulfilment Analytics team. You will build a trusted semantic layer for business metrics and translate complex supply chain telemetry into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with Core Data Engineering, Operations, and Partner Success to create Looker dashboards and AI-augmented workflows using LLMs. You will drive data-driven decisions to optimise inbound stock flows, warehouse efficiency, and throughput, applying advanced statistics and clear

Qualifications

2+ years as a professional data analyst.
Degree in a numerate discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery.
Experience building dashboards in Looker or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI.
Strong communication and data storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and maintain Looker dashboards and semantic models as a single source of truth for global logistics.
Translate supply chain telemetry into intuitive visual narratives tracking KPIs like pick rates and inventory waste.
Collaborate with Core Data Engineering to bridge data infrastructure and analytics assets.
Write and optimise complex SQL in Google BigQuery for efficient compute usage.
Map and model data streams from WMS, ERP, and tracking networks.
Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify root causes of supply chain delays.
Deliver prescriptive, data-backed recommendations to product and warehouse stakeholders.
Define post-implementation metrics to measure efficiency gains.
