Ocado Group is seeking a Data Analyst for the Fulfilment Analytics team to turn supply chain telemetry into actionable insights. You will build robust Looker dashboards, craft semantic models, and collaborate with Core Data Engineering to support global logistics and warehouse throughput.
You will bridge raw data to product managers and engineers across Ocado Smart Platform, applying advanced analytics and AI-assisted workflows to drive data-driven decisions and performance improvements.
Introduction: We are Ocado Group, and we're bringing world-class automation to online grocery. Our Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) combines cutting-edge robotics, AI, and IoT within our advanced CFCs (Customer Fulfilment Centres). We've mastered the single pick, transforming online delivery for our global partners. Join us and be part of a team pushing the boundaries of retail technology.
About the Role As a Data Analyst in our Fulfilment Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in building a trusted semantic layer for business metrics and translating complex supply chain telemetry into actionable insights. Based within our Group Operations division, you will bridge the gap between raw product lifecycle data and the needs of our product managers and engineers who design core features for the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP). Your work will directly support the day-to-day health of our data ecosystem, enabling diverse stakeholders to optimise inbound stock flows, improve warehouse efficiency, and maximise overall throughput.
In this collaborative and forward-thinking role, you will partner closely with Core Data Engineering, Operations, and Partner Success teams to establish a single, trusted source of truth. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in analytics engineering, statistical analysis, and data storytelling by developing robust Looker dashboards and designing AI-augmented workflows with Large Language Models (LLMs). If you are passionate about diving deep into operational bottlenecks, optimising complex SQL queries, and championing proactive, data-driven decision-making, this role offers an exciting platform to drive tangible impact at the forefront of retail technology.
