Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering scalable ML products.
• Experience leading a data science team.
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists across London and Kraków to deliver impactful ML systems.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the ML lifecycle from research to productionisation.
• Collaborate with product managers to plan and prioritise the team's roadmap within the Logistics stream.
• Ensure high quality, accurate and stable production ML systems.
• Mentor data scientists through regular 1:1s, goal setting and feedback.
• Partner with Software Engineering, Data Engineering and Data Analytics for seamless ML product integration.
• Quantify business value of ML initiatives to prioritise work across domains.
• Support models in production and iterate based on end-user feedback.
• Communicate complex ML concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity to maintain team focus and delivery.
