Job summary

Booksy is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to be the primary architect of our data's source of truth and to guide a team of Analytics Engineers in transforming raw data into actionable insights through a sophisticated Looker semantic layer.

You will mentor team members, manage sprint priorities, and drive a high‑performance culture while partnering with Data Engineering to optimize table structures and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• You will lead a team of analytics engineers delivering insights.
• Own Looker semantic layer and data quality standards.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines with GitLab to support reliable data delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and GTM to drive impact.
