Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an FP&A Expert in Wrocław, hybrid role, supporting monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation for the FME25+ program. You will collaborate with Transformation Office and Finance partners to deliver accurate reporting and drive process standardization.

We require a Master’s in Finance or Economics with 4+ years of FP&A experience, SAP proficiency, and strong IFRS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years’ FP&A experience in budgeting, planning, data consolidation.
• Experience in group consolidation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• BW systems experience (e.g., AfO) and AfO Query Design.
• Ability to work agile and with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing, budgets, and forecasts for FP&A reporting.
• Consolidate FME25+ across segments, provide commentary on deviations.
• Conduct performance analyses for Workstreams with timely, reliable data.
• Support monthly Value Analysis processes and validate initiatives.
• Drive standardization and automation of planning/reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Transformation Office and Workstreams for consistent data collection.
