Fresenius Medical Care in Wrocław is seeking an FP&A Manufacturing Senior Specialist to manage day-to-day FP&A activities for manufacturing P&L, including cost, inventories, and KPIs. You will partner with local and global Finance teams to drive business performance and strategic decisions.

The role requires 6–10 years in FP&A, strong English, and a drive for continuous improvement. Hybrid work with flexible hours and a broad portfolio of financial projects awaits.

Formación

• Academic degree in Economics or Finance.
• CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is a plus.
• 6–10 years in FP&A, preferably in Manufacturing/SC finance.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Rigid work ethic with high energy and positivity.
• Structured with ability to manage high workload.
• Experience with cost centre and profitability analysis.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP ERP; SAP BI is a plus.
• Experience with planning/forecasting tools (Anaplan a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to budgets and forecasts for the assigned manufacturing units and monitor their implementation.
• Support Finance Partners and Plant ops in analyzing deviations and drivers.
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments and scenarios.
• Assist with annual standard cost calculations and product cost analyses.
• Conduct contribution profit analysis to steer plant productivity.
• Prepare management reports and KPI-focused presentations.
• Monitor cost development and support budget holders in financials responsibility.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Ensure internal controls, SOP compliance, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international functions on projects.
