Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Wroclaw seeks an FP&A Expert to join the COE Actuals team. You will handle monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting for the FME25+ program, consolidate data across segments, and provide management with timely, reliable reporting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance, 4+ years in FP&A, hands-on SAP and BW/AfO experience, and strong communication. Hybrid work, contract through Feb 2028, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related.
• 4+ years’ FP&A experience (budgeting, planning, data consolidation).
• Experience in group consolidation and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards and closing/forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting for FME25+ reporting.
• Consolidate FME25+ data across segments and provide commentary on deviations.
• Conduct performance analysis for Workstreams and ensure timely management information.
• Drive standardization and automation of planning and reporting processes.
