Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring a Business Change Manager in Wrocław. This non-client facing role offers great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel, balancing 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

You will lead adoption campaigns for Microsoft 365, Copilot, security tools and mobile apps, design holistic change plans, manage stakeholder communications, and drive measurable business value across EY employees.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading and managing complex business and end user change projects.
• Proven experience in developing large-scale change management plans, including readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Experience in end-user adoption, mobile, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services.
• Exceptional communication skills for leaders, suppliers and end users.
• Strong delivery skills including scoping, staffing, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic business change plans tailored to product, audience, regulatory practices and digital adoption strategies.
• Focus on user classification across the adoption curve to foster behavioural changes that boost productivity.
• Design and oversee campaigns promoting adoption of technology products among EY employees.
• Tailor change plans for technology demands from business and end-user perspectives.
