Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Identity & Endpoint Management Architect with deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Defender, and endpoint security. You will lead enterprise identity transformations and modern workplace modernization across hybrid and cloud environments.

The role offers influence over architecture, governance, and long-term roadmaps while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in AD DS / Azure AD, Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Entra Connect Sync, SSO.
• Strong experience with Intune, Endpoint Manager, MDM, MAM, Autopilot, and device compliance.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale Identity and Endpoint architectures.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust security controls.
• Experience delivering enterprise architecture and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise Identity and Endpoint Management solutions using Entra ID, AD, Intune, and security technologies.
• Lead identity modernization and endpoint transformation across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and PIM.
• Govern endpoint management services including Intune, MDM, MAM, Autopilot, and device compliance.
• Support migrations from SCCM/MECM to modern cloud-managed environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, standards and roadmap; provide technical leadership.
