Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to build and modernize enterprise collaboration and content solutions. You will work within the Enterprise Content and Modern Work practice to deliver compliant, scalable solutions across regions.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 solution architecture, custom development, and integration, contributing to transformation initiatives and growing EY's modern workplace offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint modernization.
Proven hands-on expertise with SPFx, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Solid front-end development skills (TypeScript, React, Angular, Fluent UI).
Experience with automation and governance using PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Produces high-quality solution or infrastructure deliverables on time and to spec.
Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting during development.
Maintains and enhances systems by fixing errors and managing risks.
Captures requirements and translates designs into design specifications.
Promotes best practices for usage, operations and development.
Communicates clearly and collaborates with stakeholders.
