Qualifications

• Fluency in German (B2/C1) is required.
• Fluency in English (B2) or higher.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, cold calls and email follow-ups to prospects.
• Work in a target-driven environment with individual and team sales targets.
• Use analytical skills to increase programme revenue and opportunities.
• Analyse and upsell customer accounts and manage an assigned portfolio.
• Guide customers through campaign implementation and recommendations.
• Meet daily productivity and KPI targets, contributing to team sales.
