The lemon Consulting in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Digital Solution Representative for a full-time, contract-based role focused on analysing accounts and upselling advertising campaigns. You will handle consultations with existing customers and drive both individual and team sales targets.

Requirements include German (B2+/C1) and English (B2), strong communication and consultative selling skills, and a willingness to relocate to Krakow.

Qualifications

• German at minimum B2+/C1 level, verbal and written and English at minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and strategise how to manage and upsell customer accounts.
• Contact existing customers within an assigned portfolio for consultations.
• Work in a target-driven environment with individual and team sales targets.
• Increase the customer base through proactive sales activities.
• Problem-solve and consult with customers to provide suitable solutions for advertising campaigns.
• Encourage customers to adopt new marketing strategies.
• Guide customers through implementation of campaign recommendations.
• Build strong relationships by optimising accounts.
• Meet daily productivity and KPIs while contributing to team targets.
• Conduct outbound calls, cold calls and email follow-ups.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
