Job summary

Team Up Recruitment seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to manage digital product deliveries and platform implementations. You will partner with Product and Tech teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure high-quality execution across initiatives in a hybrid Wrocław setting.

You will drive delivery improvements, support sprint planning, and align stakeholders across levels while maintaining a proactive, problem-solving mindset in an international context.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects or IT delivery-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Ability to coordinate across product, analytics, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project delivery activities to meet timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, project teams, analysts, and developers for smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate dependencies, risks, and blockers affecting delivery.
• Assist sprint planning, resource allocation, and effective team utilization.
• Drive continuous improvements to delivery processes for greater predictability and quality.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare updates and progress reports for stakeholders at various levels.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
