Job summary

Team Up Recruitment seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to manage digital product deliveries and platform implementations. You will partner with Product and Tech teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure high-quality execution across initiatives in a hybrid Wrocław setting.

You will drive delivery improvements, support sprint planning, and align stakeholders across levels while maintaining a proactive, problem-solving mindset in an international context.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects or IT delivery-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project delivery activities in line with agreed timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, project teams, analysts, and developers to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and blockers impacting delivery.
• Support sprint planning, resource allocation, and effective utilization of team capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes to increase predictability, efficiency, and quality.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and progress tracking for stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in IT project delivery, project management, or a similar delivery-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Professional level of English enabling smooth collaboration in an international environment.
