Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior DevEx Architect to define developer experience patterns that accelerate post-sales delivery on EY Fabric. You will create golden paths, reusable tooling, and onboarding models for efficient delivery across engagements.

You will lead DevEx initiatives, set standards for GitHub/CI/CD, and mentor mid-level architects, while ensuring security and reliability in a hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Experience creating reusable developer platform assets and accelerators.
• Cloud, DevOps, GitHub, or Kubernetes certifications preferred.
• Modern AI practices including understanding of LLMs/RAG concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define EY Fabric DevEx reference architecture across onboarding, repositories, CI/CD, environments, testing, deployment, observability, and handoff.
• Create repeatable developer experience patterns for post-sales implementations.
• Establish golden paths for common EY Fabric development scenarios and tooling.
• Develop accelerators such as repository scaffolds, pipeline templates, starter kits, and onboarding guides.
• Mentor DevEx Architects and coach teams on standard workflows.
