Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a strategic Architect to define EY Fabric DevEx patterns and golden paths for post-sales engagements. You will craft onboarding models, templates, and accelerators to speed delivery while ensuring security and governance across environments.

You will mentor mid-level DevEx Architects, drive adoption of best practices, and partner with product teams to align patterns with EY Fabric capabilities and roadmap direction. Hybrid work with 2 days in office in Wroclaw/Katowice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or architecture with Python/Java.
• Experience creating reusable developer platform assets, templates, golden paths, or accelerators.
• Cloud, DevOps, GitHub, or Kubernetes certifications preferred.
• Modern AI practices, including understanding of LLMs/RAG concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and mentor DevEx architecture and golden paths across EY Fabric DevEx assets.
• Create reusable patterns, templates, and accelerators for post-sales implementations.
• Lead on onboarding and developer workflows, ensuring security and governance alignment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align with platform roadmap.
