Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Data Architect with MS Fabric to design and enhance a scalable data platform across SQL/NoSQL sources and Azure ETL pipelines. You will develop Power BI reports, automate processes with Power Platform, and guide data engineers in delivering enterprise solutions on international projects.

We expect strong English, 5+ years in data architecture, and expertise in Azure components, NoSQL, and cross-technology integration.

Qualifications

C1 level English and 5+ years in data architecture delivering enterprise data solutions.
Expert skills in Power BI, Fabric, Power Platform and Azure (ADF, Synapse, Analysis Services).
Hands-on with NoSQL (MongoDB) and system integration.
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for C-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and proactive, reliable approach.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance the data platform (SQL/NoSQL, Azure ETL) for performance and data quality.
Integrate diverse data sources and products to maintain a governed data ecosystem.
Develop Power BI reports and automate processes using Power Platform and AI-driven solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specs for stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers for end-to-end delivery.
