Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a Data Analyst to bridge business needs and data capabilities across analytics initiatives, from problem framing to insight delivery, helping strengthen Lyreco’s data culture through robust analyses and scalable reporting.

You will participate in projects, partner with stakeholders, manage end-to-end data analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to governance and knowledge sharing standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-related role.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related field.
• Technical skills: Strong SQL knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• High level of curiosity and critical thinking.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration abilities.
• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analytical Projects: translate business needs into data-driven solutions and design sustainable reporting.
• Stakeholder Partnering: act as single point of contact for business stakeholders.
• End-to-End Data Analysis: manage data collection, analysis, visualization and presentation.
• Ad-hoc & Improvement: provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and monitor quality.
• Governance & Sharing: ensure data governance and train others on reporting tools.
