EY Global Delivery Services Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant to join as a Creative Project Manager, blending creative, strategy, and client work to keep projects on track. The opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Creative Project Manager who can seize opportunities for enhancing user experience and business efficacy.

You will ensure the operational delivery, campaign coordination, and production-led work, and with creative, strategy, and client teams to keep projects on track. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and manage processes or workflows that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Your key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the entire production workflow from initial drafts to final deliverables, including review, approval, version control, and distribution.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Define success metrics and track progress.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Management, creative workflows.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French).
• Knowledge of Project Management, Agile methodology.
• Experience in governmental, nonprofit, or media organizations is a plus.
• Experience in working with implementing new tools or systems.
• Experience building AI agents and automation.
