Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls to request payment from overdue accounts.
• Assist customers in financial hardship by offering options to reduce arrears.
• Build rapport and manage difficult conversations with customers in financial difficulty.
• Ensure timely, professional handling of all queries and requests.
• Record interactions accurately in the system and adhere to processes.
