Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Assistant Structural Engineer to join the Integrated Delivery Solutions team. Based in Poland, you’ll contribute to structural design for regulated sectors, building knowledge under guidance and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will develop models in Revit/Tekla, perform basic calculations, and align with UK/European standards with potential exposure to US codes. Office-based with some remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 1–3 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with Eurocodes EN 1990–1999.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or Tekla.
• Fluent in English and Polish (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for concrete and steel structures.
• Support structural analysis and design under senior engineer supervision.
• Perform basic calculations and checks for structural elements.
• Work in BIM environments (Revit / Tekla), including model reviews and clash checks.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
