Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer deductions portfolio including short payments.
• Conduct thorough research to validate disputes.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Compile and maintain documentation for credit approvals.
• Process credit memos and work with collections for repayments.
• Identify and report on dispute trends to management.
• Participate in process improvements.
