Qualifikationen

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent.
• Several years of installation, commissioning, or quality documentation experience.
• Experience with construction site processes and acceptance procedures.
• Strong documentation handling and traceability to ensure compliance with internal and contractual requirements.
• Ability to develop and maintain documentation templates across all project phases.
• Proven capability to monitor documentation status and close NCRs and punch points.
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail for complete documentation deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination between engineering, site teams, project management, and quality functions.
• German (minimum B2) and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for installation concepts and execution strategies in international projects.
• Act as the interface between engineering, project management, and execution teams.
• Evaluate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including cost impact and root cause analysis.
• Enable audits and customer acceptance through high-quality documentation package.
• Drive standardization and digitalization within the DMS.
• Ensure audit readiness and customer satisfaction through consistent, complete documentation.
