We are looking for someone to join StaffPower — an international employment agency. We help people from the CIS and Europe find safe jobs with good conditions in Poland.

Our team currently consists of 20 specialists. The team is already in place, but we lack a clear structure, job descriptions, and established communication between departments. We are looking for a systematic HR Generalist who will build internal HR processes from scratch, streamline communication, and take care of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Building Structure and Processes
• Developing job descriptions, internal regulations, and evaluation systems.
• Setting up transparent communication and interaction between departments and branches (Poznan, Katowice, Wroclaw).
• Implementing new HR services, software, and automation tools (you have complete freedom in choosing and proposing solutions).
• Recruitment and Team Management
• Sourcing and selecting candidates exclusively for the company's internal staff (back office). Goal: find and onboard 6 specialists by the end of the year (coordinators, legalization specialists, recruiters, sales managers).
• Auditing, evaluating, and verifying the current team composition.
• Developing motivation systems and onboarding new hires.
• HR Brand, Culture, and Office Care
• Building a healthy and positive atmosphere within the team.
• Implementing benefits, ordering business cards, and organizing celebrations (work anniversaries, birthdays).
• Ensuring smooth office operations (purchasing supplies, organizing the workspace).
• 1-2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager.
• Practical experience in building HR structures and processes from scratch.
• Experience in recruitment (understanding the specifics of sourcing candidates in the employment/outstaffing sector will be a huge advantage).
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve conflicts and unite people.
• Language skills: Polish (for handling office tasks and dealing with contractors) + Ukrainian (for team communication).
