Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote engagement to optimize CRM and revenue workflows.

You’ll audit CRM and integrated revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and design clear operational prompts and policies to ensure accurate data and scalable processes.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with APIs, SQL, and cross-system data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
