Job summary

MAN Digital is an AI-First RevOps consultancy helping European B2B clients scale using HubSpot. We seek a HubSpot Consultant to own client engagements end-to-end—from scoping business needs to hands-on implementation.

You’ll design HubSpot architecture, build automation and reporting, and connect HubSpot to the wider tech stack. You’ll lead AI-enabled workflows and drive value on advisory projects with a remote, Europe-wide team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on HubSpot across multiple hubs.
• 2+ years in Sales/Marketing/Revenue Operations.
• Strong consulting; translate business problems into HubSpot solutions.
• Solid project management; manage timelines and expectations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Polish language skills are a plus.
• Experience in professional services or agency environments is an advantage.
• Curiosity about AI in operations; ideally some experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Design HubSpot architecture from data, process, and integration perspective.
• Build and implement automation, reporting, and workflows.
• Develop quarterly roadmaps with each client and drive retention/expansion.
• Scope new engagements and propose delivery approach.
• Stay current with HubSpot product changes and obtain relevant certifications.
• Identify opportunities to bring AI workflows into client operations.
