Job summary

IFS is seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join the Global Business Operations team. You will implement, administer and optimise HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM, supporting pipeline management, sales reporting, deal tracking, automation and integrations across the sales organisation.

The role requires 2–4 years’ CRM experience, a university degree, and a strong grasp of CRM systems, workflows and sales automation.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience administering CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales automation and workflows.
  • Experience delivering CRM enhancements from business requirements.
  • Experience working alongside Sales Operations and/or Marketing Operations.
  • Experience working within a global matrix organisation.
  • Experience using or implementing AI-powered tools.
  • Background in Information Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Interest in HubSpot’s product roadmap and sales technology trends.
  • Additional language skills.
  • HubSpot certifications or formal HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve HubSpot functionality based on business priorities.
  • Manage CRM configuration, including properties, fields and workflows.
  • Handle troubleshooting and development requests.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Act as the link between business users, technical teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and oversee ongoing data management.
  • Ensure seamless integrations between HubSpot and third‑party sales tools.
  • Monitor the integration between HubSpot and the IFS CRM platform.
  • Ensure CRM usage remains within licence and contractual limits.
  • Carry out regular audits on data quality, property usage and system hygiene.
  • Train and support sales users on CRM best practice and new functionality.
  • Provide technical leadership for HubSpot across the sales organisation.
  • Recommend improvements and enhancements to maximise CRM value.
  • Support CRM integration during acquisitions and mergers, ensuring acquired businesses adopt standard IFS sales processes and tools.
  • Investigate CRM issues relating to processes, fields, workflows and system behaviour.
  • Identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement agreed improvements.
  • Develop and improve operational processes linked to CRM and connected systems.
  • Support integrations with tools such as Contract management, Screening tools, Dun & Bradstreet, Other connected sales technologies.
  • Perform data analysis to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure business processes comply with company policies.
  • Gather and consolidate business requirements for senior stakeholders.
  • Produce user documentation, training guides and CRM process documentation.
  • Strong analytical and technical systems knowledge.
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Job Description

As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will be a key member of the Global Business Operations team, responsible for the implementation, administration and ongoing optimisation of HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM.

You will support pipeline management, sales reporting, deal tracking, automation and integrations across the sales organisation. The role is suited to someone with strong CRM administration experience who enjoys improving processes, solving technical challenges and increasing sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration

  • Implement and improve HubSpot functionality based on business priorities.
  • Manage CRM configuration, including properties, fields and workflows.
