Job summary

Compass Core Solutions is growing and we are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to support our international wind energy projects. This is a hands-on role combining HSE leadership, site support and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE / HSEQ experience in wind/renewable energy, construction or industrial projects.
• Proven site/project environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, RAMS, audits and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of HSE activities across assigned projects.
• Support Project and Site Managers with HSE matters.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and safety walks.
• Prepare and review RAMS and HSE Plans.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and company standards.

• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor HSE performance.
• Identify risks and drive practical improvements.

• Confidence to challenge unsafe practices
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Valid driving licence
