Job summary

WS Audiology is seeking an HRIS Specialist to maintain and enhance Workday HCM within our HR Projects & Processes team. You will collaborate with HR, IT and external partners to ensure system configurations meet business needs and drive a smooth employee experience.

The role focuses on HRIS maintenance, data quality, and continuous improvement, contributing to Workday deployments across the organization. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HR technology.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM is required.
• Experience with HR reporting, data and HR technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve Workday HCM configurations.
• Ensure HR processes are accurately reflected in the system.
• Support testing, releases, and resolution of HRIS issues.
• Provide HR data insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors.
