Job summary

International sensor company is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join the Group IT function and manage the HR information system's technical administration and ongoing development.

You will report to the Head of Group Applications, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable operation, working with HR and Payroll to meet requirements and deliver sustainable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle HRIS system ownership, configuration, and ongoing technical support.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to implement business requirements and improve system functionality.
• Ensure HRIS operates securely, efficiently, and reliably, with integrations to other HR systems.

Job description

Client: International sensor company

Location: Bielsko-Biała (remote work, with 2 days a month in the office)

Rate: 10 000 – 13 500 PLN on Employment Contract

Cooperation model: Employment Contract

We are seeking an HRIS Specialist to join the Group IT function and take responsibility for the technical administration and ongoing development of the company’s HR information system.

Reporting to the Head of Group Applications, you will ensure that the HR platform operates securely, efficiently, and reliably. You will work closely with HR and Payroll teams to implement agreed business requirements, improve system functionality, and deliver sustainable technical solutions.

HR will remain responsible for HR policies, processes, and business priorities, while your focus will be on system ownership, configuration, integrations, and technical support.
