Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking an HR Processes and Systems SME in Kraków to configure, run, and continuously improve our global HR platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint). You will translate HR needs into robust system solutions and ensure high data quality across processes.

Join the BPSS team in Krakow and collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, process owners, and vendors. You’ll contribute to testing, training, data reporting, and analytics while delivering stable HR system operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience administering or supporting HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
• Solid experience in designing, delivering, or improving HR processes.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience working with incidents, changes, and system release.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Analytical and investigative mindset, with the ability to connect system behaviour with business processes.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach to improvements, and comfort working independently.
• Ability to confidently collaborate with and challenge stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure, run, and continuously improve global HR platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint).
• Translate HR business needs into robust system solutions and ensure high data quality across processes.
• Support critical global HR processes and contribute to system testing and training.
• Provide second-level technical support and manage changes and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and your team manager to deliver stable HR system operations.
