Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience leading an IT, application support or business systems team.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product development, application management or second-line system support.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating needs into tech solutions.
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on user experience and simplification.
• Experience across the application lifecycle including implementation, configuration, support and improvement.
• Interest in emerging tech, automation and AI with practical use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Process and System Support team delivering second-line SAP support, cloud administration, configuration and monitoring across SAP landscape.
• Partner with global process owners, IT teams, stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into priorities and drive decisions.
• Develop team capabilities, drive continuous improvement and ensure stable operations and high service performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to explore AI opportunities and support Lundbeck’s digital journey.
• Contribute to projects and system improvements across Finance, Procurement and HR solutions.
