Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow is seeking an HR Processes and Systems SME to configure, run, and continuously improve our global HR platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint). You will translate HR needs into robust system solutions and ensure high data quality across HR processes.

You will provide second-level technical support, assist with changes and documentation, contribute to testing and training, and collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver reliable HR system operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience administering or supporting HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience designing, delivering, or improving HR processes.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with incidents, changes, and system releases.
• Very good Excel skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Configure, run, and improve global HR platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint).
• Translate HR needs into robust system solutions and ensure high data quality.
• Contribute to system testing, training, and reporting/analytics.
