Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience leading an IT, application support or business systems team.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product development, application management or second-line system support.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business and user needs into effective technology solutions.
• Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on improving user experience and simplifying how employees interact with systems and support services.
• Experience across the application lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, support, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI, with the ability to identify practical opportunities for their use.
• Strong leadership, vendor management and stakeholder-management skills, including confidence working with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Process and System Support team responsible for second-line support, cloud application administration, system configuration and monitoring across SAP landscape.
• Collaborate with global process owners, IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to translate needs into priorities and drive decisions.
• Support SAP FI, BI, BPC, VIM, Ariba, Concur and SuccessFactors; contribute to projects and system improvements.
• Ensure stable operations, service performance and compliance; develop the team and pursue continuous improvement.
