Job summary

BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking a role handling EU Pay Transparency requests within HR. You will analyze compensation data, benchmark salaries, and explain salary structures to employees in a clear, compliant manner.

Collaborating with regional HR partners and local teams, you will maintain process documents, improve guidelines, and support external providers and trainings as needed in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in payroll, compensation, salary administration or a comparable HR area involving pay-related processes.
• Very good written and spoken English; German language is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing remuneration data and salary benchmarks.
• Ability to explain salary topics clearly to employees.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process employee pay transparency requests end-to-end.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare salary benchmarks.
• Explain salary determinations to employees clearly.
• Handle sensitive pay inquiries with confidentiality and service quality.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners and local teams.
• Maintain process documentation and drive improvements.
• Support coordination with external service providers and training.
