Job summary

MBDA Polska is seeking an HR professional to join our growing team. You will support HR and payroll functions, manage payroll calculations, and handle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

You will ensure compliance with labour law, tax, and social security regulations while collaborating with managers to select candidates. The role requires strong English (B2+), independence, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of labour law and social security.
• Ability to independently calculate payroll.
• Knowledge of Comarch Optima and Workday would be an asset.
• Very good command of English (min. B2).
• Excellent self-management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with managers and advise on candidate selection.
• Independence, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR and payroll services for employees (employment contracts, civil law contracts).
• Conduct payroll calculation, prepare payrolls and social security (ZUS), income tax (PIT), and Employee Capital Plan (PPK) filings.
• Prepare declarations and reports for external agencies (ZUS, Tax Office, Central Statistical Office, PFRON).
• Monitor changes in social security, tax, and labour law regulations.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes and source candidates through various channels.
• Monitor recruitment results and report progress; improve recruitment processes.
• Participate in onboarding activities and support new employees during adaptation.

Job description

We are currently looking for a candidate with HR experience to join our growing team at MBDA Polska. The successful candidate will support our HR and payroll functions and support the organization’s recruitment processes. The main tasks are divided as below:

Payroll/ administration tasks:

• Comprehensive HR and payroll services for employees (employment contracts, civil law contracts),
• payroll calculation, preparation of payrolls and social security (ZUS), income tax (PIT), and Employee Capital Plan (PPK) filings,
• preparation of declarations and reports for external agencies (ZUS, Tax Office, Central Statistical Office, PFRON),
• ongoing monitoring of changes in social security, tax, and labour law regulations.

Recruitment tasks:

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the organization’s current needs
• Actively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels and tools,
• Monitoring recruitment results and reporting on progress,
• Participating in the creation and improvement of recruitment processes and implementing enhancements to increase the effectiveness of HR activities.
• Participating in onboarding activities and supporting new employees during the adaptation process.

What we are looking for?
