Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HR Service Consultant with German to support the Polish market from a hybrid setup in Warsaw. You’ll handle tier-1 inquiries, update Workday employee data, and ensure policy communication to staff across languages.

A strong customer-service orientation and tight deadline management are essential. Candidates should have 2–3 years in HR processes, be proficient in Polish, English and German, and ideally have Workday experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting HR processes/services.
• Fluent in Polish, English and German; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tier 1 queries and assist with more complex HR queries.
• Maintain employee lifecycle data in Workday (promotions, transfers, contracts).
• Distribute policies and documentation to employees to resolve queries.
• Conduct quality checks on HR transactions per the quality framework.
• Assist in building and maintaining a knowledgebase for case management.
