For our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic global initiative within the HR function. The project has high visibility and strong sponsorship from both Business and HR leadership, requiring close collaboration across multiple countries, business units, and functional teams.
The successful candidate will act as the key representative of HR and Business within the project, working alongside a dedicated IT Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery, alignment of requirements, and effective stakeholder engagement. The project involves the implementation and rollout of a global Travel & Compliance platform developed by Deloitte and tailored.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a complex global project with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Represent HR and Business interests throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner closely with the dedicated IT Project Manager, HRIT, HR PMO, Deloitte, and country representatives
- Gather, validate, and align business and HR requirements across multiple countries
- Translate business requirements into inputs for IT and implementation teams
- Ensure project delivery follows company governance, PM methodologies, and reporting standards
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate country readiness activities, local compliance requirements, and authorization processes
- Facilitate workshops and drive alignment between Business, HR, IT, and external partners
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and maintain project momentum
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, international projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Background in HR projects and understanding of HR processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across business, HR, and IT environments
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into implementation activities
- Knowledge of Travel, Mobility, Immigration, Tax, or Compliance processes would be a strong advantage
- Experience working in global organizations and multicultural environments
