Your role

As an HR Process Specialist, you will support daily HR operations and help ensure the smooth delivery of HR services to employees. You will assist with employee inquiries, HR administration, and maintaining accurate employee records while gaining hands‑on experience in HR processes and systems.

Your tasks

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR reports.
• Manage HR systems and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in HR‑related projects and initiatives as needed.

Your profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• First professional experience and interest in HR with a willingness to develop in this area
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
