Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking an HR Process & Project Owner to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliant processes, and drive service delivery improvements across D/A/CH. You will own employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to separation and lead HR projects.

The role requires experience in HR service delivery, strong knowledge of labor law, and proficiency with SAP, Workday and ServiceNow. A hybrid work model is offered in a modern Kraków office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR service delivery for the D/A/CH cluster
• Experience with ticketing tools Snow, Workday, SAP
• Experience in process ownership and process design
• Knowledge of German labor law
• Experience resolving complex HR requests from the HR service delivery perspective

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain personnel records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and design compliant processes
• Resolve employee requests and analyze HR metrics
• Provide guidance on best practices and lead HR projects
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations processes
• Escalate and resolve complex employee issues
• Train team on processes and drive continuous improvement
