Job summary

Alfa Laval is building a modern HR Service Center in Krakow and seeks an HR Partner Netherlands to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will handle onboarding through separation, run HR transactions in Workday, and collaborate with global teams to improve processes and employee experience.

You will operate in a hybrid setup, support time and absence, benefits and pensions, and ensure compliance with local employment laws, while leveraging a multinational environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Fluent English.
• Professional Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Workday experience is essential.
• ServiceNow or similar HR case management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

We are looking for an HR Partner Netherlands to join our growing team and take ownership of operational HR support for a key European market. You will manage Employee Lifecycle activities, work closely with HR Business Partners and global teams, and contribute to continuously improving our HR processes and services. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation. The role combines hands‑on HR operations with process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring compliance with local requirements.
