Capgemini Polska is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the employee lifecycle across our international organization. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services, accurate data management, and excellent employee experience.

The position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow in HR operations. The role requires 2+ years in HR, fluency in German (C1) and strong English (B2), and hands-on experience with Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle in line with procedures and SLAs.
• Manage HR cases and administrative transactions using HR systems and case management tools.
• Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and process records.
• Investigate and resolve process-related cases, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.
• Maintain and update process documentation and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, onboarding, and cross-training within the team.

Your role

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with employees, managers, and HR teams, you will help ensure smooth HR operations, accurate data management, and an excellent employee experience. Your Tasks

• Execute HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle in line with established procedures

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration/ HR Operations/ Employee Lifecycle Management/ Shared Services, or a similar HR environment.
• Advanced German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR platforms.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
