Arla Foods Global Shared Services in Gdańsk invites an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our in-house team. You will handle 1st and 1.5-level support, guide users through issue resolution, and help keep our systems and devices running smoothly.

The role emphasizes strong English and Swedish communication, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. A hybrid schedule, office presence 50% and monthly extra day, and opportunities for growth are offered.

How You Will Make An Impact

As part of our IT support team, you'll handle 1st and 1.5-level support, guiding users through issue resolution and ensuring smooth operation of systems and devices. You'll also help identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
