Responsibilities

Partner with HR & Learning leaders and IT delivery teams to align business functions with IT.
Define and maintain IT strategy and roadmaps for HR & Learning with value delivery.
Identify outcomes, prioritize value streams, and establish delivery approaches with IT Delivery & Governance.
Lead proof of concepts, track ROI, and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency and cost.
Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
