The HRLead isthe primary people partner for employees and mid-level managers inthe assigned location. This role works closely with the business, executes coreHR processes locally, and ensures astrong employee experience aligned withHR and business strategy.
This role isoffered onafixed term employment contract asareplacement for anemployee onlong term justified absence.
Responsibilities
- Act as the keyHR contact for managers on development, performance, and team related topics;
- Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and exit;
- Coach and advise managers M4toM7, including unit management, onfeedback, performance, and team effectiveness;
- Own end toend management ofHR metrics and reporting for the relevant location and unit, including ITM, attrition, and internal mobility;
- Lead the implementation and execution ofglobalHR processes and unit initiatives inthe relevant location;
- Support the delivery oflocalHR plans and initiatives;
- Identify people related risks proactively and partner with HRBP and HRCountry todevelop mitigation plans;
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity ofHR data;
- Ensure all people related decisions and processes within the unit comply with local labor law and company policies, minimizing legal and organizational risk.
Requirements
- 5–8 years ofrelevantHR experience, including atleast 3–5 years inanHRGeneralist/ HRBP/ HRPartner role within adynamic, matrix environment, with recent hands-on experience inemployee relations;
- Proficiency inUkrainian;
- Strong HRand business acumen, including knowledge oflocal labor law;
- Proven experience inemployee relations and risk management;
- Strong decision making and sound professional judgment;
- Strong execution, organization, and attention todetail;
- Coaching and advisory skills for managers;
- Stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration;
- Strong cross cultural communication and collaboration skills;
- High emotional intelligence and trust building ability;
- Resilience and the ability tooperate effectively inambiguity, uncertainty, and change;
- Possibility totravel toUkraine.
