Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR activities, ensuring a positive employee experience. You will coordinate onboarding, exit processes, HR reporting, and policy-compliant HR operations, partnering with HR leaders and business partners.

The role emphasizes effective communication, process management, and adherence to employment laws. Travel may be involved as needed; a Bachelor's degree and HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus relevant HR experience.
• Experience with interviewing (recruitment and/or employee relations) preferred.
• Experience in employee relations, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, EEO, and related laws; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding activities for new hires with timely, organized processes.
• Coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and materials to support HR programs.
• Ensure HR processes align with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Provide day-to-day support on employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Support recruitment and hiring activities with requisitions and documentation.
• Assist HR systems inquiries and centralized HR processes across the organization.
• Maintain accurate HR data in systems and databases.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and HR Operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
