Job summary

Haleon is seeking an HR First Contact Solutions Specialist to handle employee and manager queries, support absence management, prepare standard statements and letters, and manage employee documentation requests. You will escalate complex matters to the right teams and contribute to knowledge management for better self-service.

Based in Poznań, Poland with additional location in Levice, Slovakia, the role is grade 9 with a salary range PLN 94,213.00 – PLN 129,542.60 and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, People Services, Shared Services, customer service or administrative support.
• Good understanding of HR query management, case handling, absence support, standard HR documentation and data privacy requirements.
• Fluency in Slovak and English.
• Confidence working with HR systems and ticketing tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.

• Manage Tier1 HR queries covering all HR areas, ensuring cases are recorded, updated and resolved in line with service standards.
• Support absence management by guiding Employees and Managers on standard processes and document updates.
• Prepare standard statements and letters, including reference, using approved templates.
• Respond to employee documentation requests, risk management and audit requests with accurate information and escalation of sensitive items.
• Contribute to knowledge management by using approved guidance and identifying content gaps.

About the role

HR First Contact Solutions Specialist, as a part of People Solutions team, Tier1 role, is responsible for handling Employee and Manager queries, supporting absence management, preparing standard statements and letters, managing employee documentation requests, responding to risk management and audit requests, and contributing to knowledge management.

We'll trust you to provide accurate, timely, and Employee-focused support as the first point of contact for HR-related questions. You will use approved process guidance and knowledge articles to resolve standard queries, support Employees and Managers, and escalatie complex matters to the right teams.

Role responsibilities:

• Significant communication skills, attention to detail, Employee focus and ability to prioritise work in a high-volume service environment.
• Fluency in Slovak and English.
